Order fullfillment and delivery Orders will be sent out once a week because we also need time to play.
If the delivery time exceeds two weeks, you will be notified. This delivery time is necessary as many of the products offered through KnotKnotWho.nl are made to order.
Payment via Bank Transfer: After your order, you will receive an invoice by email with the bank account number to which you can transfer the amount, mentioning the order number. Once your payment has received on the account number, you will receive a confirmation by email and will your order be processed.
Shipping Please note: Orders are only shipped once payment is completed. We use PostNL.

Complaints If you have a complaint about your order at KnotKnotWho.nl, please contact us. You will receive a response to your complaint by email within 5 working days. Of course, we also strive to resolve your complaint within 5 working days.
Returns You have the option to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving your order. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all delivered accessories in its original condition and packaging to KnotKnotWho.nl. The shipping costs are at your own expense. The purchase amount paid, minus shipping costs, will be refunded by KnotKnotWho.nl as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the return or withdrawal. Before returning the product, you must send an email. For a quick handling, please include your personal details, product, reason for return, and the invoice number.

Vision on AI I began this journey simply trying to figure out how AI could support my work. But somewhere along the way, it grew-into this website, and most of its designs.
AI became a helpful tool for bringing my ideas to life. I combined it with traditional design software to add my own personal touch (and occasionally remove an unexpected third arm). I’ve always had a creative, visual mind, but until now, I lacked the skills to express it in a way others could see.
To ensure originality, I also spent time reverse-searching my images.
I’m conscious of the environmental impact of AI, which is why I’ve chosen to share the results of these AI-driven (practice) projects on a non-profit basis. My hope is that they bring joy to others.
I don’t claim to be an artist—just someone exploring creativity with the tools available.
